COVID-19 hit small businesses hard, and FedEx was looking to make a difference.

Approach

We helped them launch the #SupportSmall program, which offered $5,000 grants to 30 small businesses affected by COVID-19.

Whether they were looking to refresh their business model, move to selling and shipping online, replenishing inventory, or simply needing to pay monthly expenses, #SupportSmall was intended to help these small businesses come back stronger.

A syndicated digital strategy was executed across display, social, and email. External demand gen efforts were augmented by sales enablement assets deployed by FedEx account managers.

Impact

The program received an overwhelming response from the small business community. Not only was $150,000 in grants distributed, but business owners were also featured within whitepapers and articles to help share their stories.
