Microsoft was looking to accelerate the consumption of Microsoft Teams through authentic customer storytelling.


The campaign recognized leading organizations that have mastered the art of modern teamwork. We called them “Pro Teams” and created a video series to spotlight how they use Teams, to empower their teamwork.

To celebrate their Pro status, we orchestrated in-office experiences such as espresso bars and to ice cream carts.

Film crews were sent to customer locations to document their participation. Customers shared how they use Teams to collaborate more effectively and how they automate workflows with apps, bots, and connectors.


This campaign became an ongoing hub for customer stories and provided a rich source of proof points to support sales and account teams.
