Challenge

Microsoft made a global commitment to helping people build their digital skills – from non-technical roles to IT professionals.

Approach

To support IT teams at customer accounts, we built a two-day training program that included hands on labs to prepare the teams to earn Microsoft certifications.

Working with several product marketing teams, we built an out -of -the -box training experience that included a robust curriculum. IT leaders could host this learning experience with their teams in-person or virtually.

The training experience was paired with individualized learning paths to deepen expertise across their IT teams.

Impact

This guided, self-administered approach introduced an innovate way to deliver training efficiently and effectively. Based on success, this format has been replicated to drive scale training strategies across the business.
