Copilot Influencer Program
Where AI meets influence
- Challenge
Microsoft Copilot launched into a market eager to adopt generative AI. Enterprises moved quickly to roll out licenses across teams.
The opportunity shifted from deployment to real-world integration. Employees needed practical guidance to apply Copilot within meetings, documents, and daily workflows.
With long-term growth tied to adoption, the focus centered on helping users translate AI potential into meaningful productivity gains.
- Approach
We built an influencer-led enablement program designed for employees.
Partnering with trusted YouTube creator Kevin Stratvert, we developed a tutorial series grounded in the real questions users were already asking online. AI-powered search insights informed each episode, ensuring relevance to everyday tasks.
The series launched organically across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. The tone reflected peer-driven instruction while aligning with Microsoft’s brand standards. Clear demonstrations showed how Copilot could support writing, collaboration, and workflow efficiency.
By meeting users in familiar digital environments, Microsoft delivered guidance in a format they already trusted.
- Outcome
The series generated nearly 3 million organic views across platforms, including more than 2 million on YouTube.
One YouTube Short surpassed 500,000 views, and several videos continued attracting thousands of daily views well beyond launch.
More than 33,000 users engaged with Copilot training modules through embedded links. Net new contacts grew threefold, and training attendance increased by 20 percent.
Without paid media investment, the program became one of the most effective drivers of Copilot end-user training in Microsoft Americas and established a scalable model for influencer-led enterprise adoption.
